LG_G2 beats Apple iPhone
LG’s G2 has beaten Apple’s iPhone and is set to be named the Smartphone of the year.
The G2 has taken the wraps off its Spectrum with a 1.5Ghz dual-core Snapdragon processor powered 4G phone with a 4.5in True HD IPS display besting the Apple iPhone 4S' retina display, in ppi at least.
The Spectrum's screen clocks in at 329ppi, a whole 3ppi more than the 326ppi Retina Display on the iPhone 4S.
Nokia was not left behind with its Lumia 1020 being crowned the readers’ gadget of the year, beating off bitter rivals in the Smartphone competition like Apple, Samsung and HTC.
It has been a struggle for LG to make an impact on the Smartphone market, but the LG G2 is as good as other phones that have entered the market in 2013, and seems to show the established names how the market should be handled.
